It can be used for devulcanizing and reclaiming all kinds of cured rubber and rubber stock with different granularities,including IIR,tire rubber(bias tire and radial tire),EPR,sole rubber etc.

Good devulcanzing quality
The dispersion-mixer-based devulcanziing process features controllable temperature and rapid temperature rise,providing rapid devulcanizing at high temperature under the combined action of heat, oxygen,mechanical force and chemical force and preventing rubber molecules from fatigue at high pressure and high temperature for a long time. Meanwhile,the hot devulcanized rubber stock is closed for keeping fron oxygen and cooling to prevent its contact with air , causing oxidation and carbonization . Themechanical strength of reclaimed rubber can be up to 70% or higher of that of the devulcanized rubber stock.
High environment protection efficency
As the dispersion-mixer-based process "replaces the devulcanizer with the dispersion mixer" without consumption of the resources such as water,coal and heat conducting oil,there is no secondary pollution of waste liquid and waste gas, eliminating the need of waste liquid and waste gas treatment facilities.
Less consumption of the additives
The kneading-machine-based process reducs the cost for reclaiming additives by 1/3~2/5 compared with that for the dynamic-devulcanizer-based process.
Less investment of the equipment
With the same production capacity , the total investment to the devulcanizing equipment in the dispersion-mixer-based processis the half of that to the dynamic-devulcanizer-based process,you can buy two sets of the devulcanizer in the dispersion-mixer-based process.
